Event Planning

We establish realistic timelines and deadlines and handle initial site research, site inspections and contract negotiations. We arrange for pipe and drape, flowers, decorations, audio-visual, staging and lighting, rentals, transportation and other vendors as needed. We work with the venue or caterer to select the best food and beverage options based on your budget and communicate final headcounts that will ensure your guests get enough to eat.

Setup, Registration and Decorations

Events come in all shapes and sizes. Whether you are hosting an event for 20 or 500 attendees, we can provide the appropriate staff support based on your needs. We produce name badges, schedules, programs, attendee packets and signage. We staff your registration desk and coordinate with speakers and VIP's before, during and after the event.

Marketing & Communications

Getting the attention of your prospective attendees takes a variety of communication channels. Our team will design and implement your event marketing plan via email, online media, social media and/or snail mail. We work with your committee to design, print, and distribute event invitations and other important information. No event is complete without attendee feedback. We conduct both on-site and post event surveys to identify what we are doing right and ways we can improve.

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Coordination

Sponsors and Exhibitors play an important role in any event. We take the lead on both sponsorship solicitation and coordination including the creation of sponsorship/exhibitor materials and laying out the exhibit hall with booth assignments.

Financial Management

We work with your committee to draft a detailed event budget and track the actuals to your budget. At the conclusion of your event, we provide a final report outlining the events profitability.
