This document is to explain how we treat personal information about you with respect and discretion while fulfilling our company goals. We try to involve personal info about you as little as possible. We use Google Analytics to track what our website visitors do

We do this in order to understand what content our website visitors like and what they don’t find interesting. We can then put more efforts into creating content, services and products that are appreciated by clients, vendors/partners, and the general public.

We do not get any personal information about you, not even an IP address, using Google’s tracking tools. We only see things like:

  • The number of people that visited a page
  • How many clicked a specific link
  • How many of our website visitors are located in a country or state

The same principle applies to other tracking tools and cookies that we may use. They give us valuable information about how our visitors view and interact with our website, but no information about who our website visitors are.

Service signup and other forms

These actions will naturally send us the information about yourself that you enter into the form. By submitting a form or starting service you grant us the right to store the information that you give us and any additional information that you may give to us in follow-up communication. Still, we only store what is necessary for the relationship with you.

Your rights under the CCPA or GDPR

California’s CCPA regulation grants you the right to at any point in time (up to 2 times in a 12 month period) and at no charge:

  • Know what personal information we collected, used, shared or sold, both as to the categories and specific pieces of personal information.
  • Delete personal information held by us.
  • Opt-out of sale of personal information.

EU’s GDPR regulation grants you the right to at any point in time and at no charge:

  • Ask to see what personal information we have about you.
  • Correct any information about you that may have changed.
  • Get the personal information transferred.
  • Restrict in some way the utilization of the personal information that we have about you.
  • ‘To be forgotten’, meaning that all info about you will be eradicated.

What we do with the personal information about you

If you or a company that you represent is a client or a potential future client, we will enter your information into our database in order to contact you more easily and/or manage our business relationship. We do not sell or share your personal information with other companies.

Data privacy and security

In case of a data breach, we will inform the subjects of the personal data compromised as soon as possible after detecting the breach. We will then cooperate with the persons in question to minimize any possible harm from the breach.

Business critical and fraud prevention data

We capture some data strictly for the purpose of ensuring website, network, and information systems availability and security. Some of this data might include IP addresses and information about your browser. We do not use this information to target any communications and marketing material to you. We use this data solely for the purpose of making sure our site is working and blocking malicious actions towards this site. Any data we collect to a fulfill our business obligations to you or our organization is used for that purpose only, and may be transmitted to another company only to fulfill those business obligations.

Updates to this privacy policy

This privacy policy will be updated from time to time. This may occur because of a change in legislation, or because we have taken a new service in use that processes personal information. We will not spam all the people that we have personal information about regarding the update, we rather hope that you will take a look at this page on our website and the date last updated. If the date seems newer than when you last read it, you should read it again in order to see if you agree with the renewed privacy policy.
