Call Center

Our Operators handle calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a variety of clients including doctors, businesses, and government agencies. We have full-time and part-time openings and have shifts in the morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight. In addition, we offer flexible scheduling for students. If you have a great attitude and pleasant phone voice, this is the job for you. Fluency in other languages is a definite plus. We're willing to hire and train the right applicants, even if you have little or no experience.

Executive & Administrative

Our Association Management team of Executive and Administrative professionals oversee the day to day management for local, regional and international nonprofit organizations. If you are a problem solver and have experience working with a nonprofit organization, consider joining our team. Our team of professionals have a variety of skill sets including board and volunteer management, fundraising, event planning, membership management, financial management, marketing and everything in between. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Under the direction of our CFO, we provide bookkeeping and accounting support for businesses and nonprofit organizations. Our trained accounting team reconcile bank statements, process accounts receivable and accounts payable and provide monthly financial reports. If you have bookkeeping and accounting experience and are proficient with QuickBooks, especially QuickBooks online consider joining our family friendly team.

Technology

Our IT team is always on the lookout for sharp, experienced devlopers and/or system admins. If you're knowledgeable PHP and are familiar with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, and like to explore and implement new technologies, we may have a position for you. Knowledge of Drupal and CiviCRM is a plus.
