The Exchange Awarded ATSI Award of Excellence for Great Customer Service for the sixth time!
Fresno, CA. June 7, 2024 – The Exchange a division of the Professional Exchange Service Corporation (PESC) has been honored with the exclusive ATSI 2024 Award of Excellence for the sixth time. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of telecommunications and call center services. The Exchange was awarded this prestigious honor during the 2024 ATSI Awards Ceremony.

The ATSI Award of Excellence has been a cornerstone for the call center industry for 28 years, promoting superior service quality. It establishes benchmarks and metrics to guarantee an exceptional call management experience. To be honored with this award, Exchange Operators underwent evaluation through over 10 'mystery caller' assessments, recorded across six months. Independent judges from ATSI reviewed these recordings and assigned scores. The Exchange achieved the award by scoring above 80 percent on all evaluated calls.
